This condo was the perfect spot for my family to stay while ringing in the new year in Cancun. Highly recommended!

We've stayed at a number of Airbnb's and Karla and Luis were the most communicative of anyone we've worked with. They started emailing us a month in advance to make sure we were on the same page. Luis welcomed us and showed us around, room by room. They provided water, which is not normal in our experience. They even showed up on Christmas day with a full bottle since we were nearly out. The house itself was great. Open air. We loved the patio windows providing us with a nice view and breeze all day. We only used A/C at night. The pool was very nice. The only drawback to the location is that all the beach side restaurants are connected to all-inclusive hotels. So we bought food at the local grocery store (walkable) to cook some and ate at the restaurants on the Lagoon side (also walkable). So it all worked out. The beach is just a ten minute walk. Overall, a super stay. Can't recommend it enough.

Karla and Luis are really nice and helpful hosts and the apartment is really nice. We fully recommend them!

We loved staying at Karla and Luis’s Villa. The location was private. The beach was a very short walk away. We would love to visit again soon.

Very friendly hosts greeted us to welcome. We felt well taken care of during our stay. The villa is easy to find with clear instructions by the hosts. Peaceful setting, felt private and central at the same time. The place is older villa with tons of character (we enjoyed discovering all the little decorative details everywhere we looked). Thank you, Luis and Karla, for the local recommendations and for having us at your home; it was very nice to meet you!

Great location! This house was exactly as described. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants on the main road. The area was peaceful and private. Luis gave us great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you want to be centrally located but want to go back to a private, quiet place.

Karla and Luis were very responsive in their communication and even had their son help us when the air conditioning was leaking condensation. They got the unit repaired quickly. The property is nested between resorts, the nearest beach is a minute away, and there are lots of great walkable restaurants. Only complaint was that it took a little bit of time for the house to cool down on hot days, but only in the living room. Each room had its own ac, so sleeping wasn’t an issue at all. Overall great host and great property! Would highly recommend.

Karla and Luis were amazing hosts and we very much look forward to coming back. From the friendly welcome after our late night arrival with fresh fruit and gourmet coffee stocked for our first morning to the helpful recommendations of excursions and any question we had they made our stay warm and comfortable. Their home is stunning and three whole bathrooms made for tonnes of room. Thank you both so much!:) My kids and I truly appreciated this treasure accommodation.

All three bedrooms were with plenty of space as well as common areas. Our 7 persons team fit well here. Very comfortable concept with pool, kitchen and top class beach just 250 meters away. It was no problem to arrive at middle of night and our lovely hosts even organised breakfast food for us! They also communicated fast and helped us where needed assistance.
