It was a very good experience. Paula was very helpful and always assisted us with our questions. The house is just as shown in the photos. Perhaps something to consider is that the location is close to a church, and the bells ring several times during the day. It's something to take into account as part of the colonial city experience.

Amazing views from the rooftop and the jacuzzi experience is just amazing. The house is really beautiful and very pleasant for a big family or large group of friends. Kitchen and commun areas are really charming and had a great time sharing meals and relaxing. Our host was very reactive and helpful with everything we needed 2 thing to be mentioned... 1) the small room upstairs needs another toilet on the same floor, as you need to go downstairs if you need them during the night 2) The description of the house should mention that the church bells across the street start dodging around 6am everyday and then again every 30 minutes or so, maybe less. The pattern is not clear to me, but during our 3 nights of stay (saturday until Tuesday) the bells woke us up everyday with a loud and long sound. From my perspective the churches and bells do take part of the antigua experience, but the description should mention an early start of bells (and not only on afternoons) to decide accordingly

The house need maintenance, problem with windows without window screens / mosquito problem in every room. Main room the walking closet is in front of neighbor window and does not have privacy, missing curtain. Finally, humidity and only have some desktop fans in certain rooms, which can not be use after 6pm, because the mosquito problem.

Beautiful and spacious house, abundant flowers. I suggest a deep cleaning, because that takes away a lot of points (dust, tiles, faucets, cobwebs). A good fumigation for mosquitoes and flies.
