Villa Colina is a private 3,500-square-foot home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two outdoor showers, and an outdoor bathtub. The property features beautiful gardens, a heated saline pool, two palapas, and solar power. It accommodates up to 10 guests.
With modern amenities, old Mexico charm, and immediate access to both the beach and town, Villa Colina is ideal for families and groups of friends. The home is located just 1½ blocks from the beach and town center in Sayulita’s most sought-after vacation rental neighborhood.
The Space
Ideal Layout for Extended Family Gatherings
Villa Colina offers generous privacy between the Main House and Tower Wing, making it well suited to extended families and groups of friends.
The Main House
The Main House includes two bedroom suites, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped cook’s kitchen, and a dining area. Folding glass doors open completely onto the pool, garden, and palapa.
Bedroom Suite 1
The king primary suite includes:
- An exceptionally comfortable memory foam bed
- A veranda sitting area with a hammock
- Beautiful ocean views
- A custom-tiled indoor full bathroom
- A private garden with a two-person outdoor bathtub and shower
Bedroom Suite 2
The TV room, which includes a Smart TV, can be converted into a private suite with its own full bathroom. Foam couches topped with memory foam can be arranged as a comfortable queen bed or two single beds.
The Tower Wing
The Tower Wing is located just behind the Main House and includes two bedroom suites.
Bedroom Suite 3
The first-floor king suite features:
- A private veranda with impressive ocean and town views
- A private full bathroom
- An additional single foam couch topped with memory foam, best suited for a child
Bedroom Suite 4
The second-floor suite and loft feature a 20-foot ceiling and beautiful ocean, town, and mountain views from the veranda.
The main floor includes:
- A luxury king bed that can be converted into twin beds
- A kitchenette
- A charming full bathroom
- A spacious veranda with a table, chairs, and couch
- Ocean and town views
A staircase leads to a loft with a luxury queen bed. The suite also provides immediate access to the upper palapa, a peaceful area with additional ocean views. This is also a recommended setting for an in-villa massage.
All bedrooms were upgraded in fall 2023 with European-designed soundproof windows and doors. Every bed has a new memory foam mattress and soft bamboo sheets for a comfortable night’s rest.
Gardens, Palapas, and Pool
The saline swimming pool is heated during the cooler months, generally from December through April. The remodeled pool includes a wading area for children and is surrounded by lush gardens with beautiful ocean views.
The sunny outdoor area includes a palapa living space with mounted Bluetooth speakers, making it a natural gathering spot for guests.

Our stay at Villa Colina was simply AMAZING! We we're visiting Sayulita with a group of 22 - and, 7 of us stayed at this beautiful location. Eva was so incredibly helpful leading up to the trip - providing recommendations on where to eat, explore and most importantly.... helped us line up a private chef (for 22) and private catamaran while we were there. The property is really unique and offers nice hidden spaces for people to relax and unwind - or, a larger communal area near the pool with a amazing open space to socialize and swim. Pool is fully equipped with colorful lights, blue tooth speakers - and, has an amazing view of the bay with iguanas and birds visiting regularly. All in all - this rental was exactly what we wanted and needed for this trip! Highly recommend!

Villa Colina will always have a special place in our hearts. Our group of 10 girls traveled here for a bachelorette and had the time of our lives. The house location, host, amenities were all 1000/10.

Beautiful house and grounds. The location is very close to town and the beach. The bedrooms were quiet, despite being so close to the bustle of town. Eva organized transportation, a cook and tequila tasting during our stay. All of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend. The pool was perfect for our small children.

The best!! This was our second stay and we will be back again! Villa Colina is perfect for our family of 7 adults. Sayulita is a lively town and villa colina is the best of both worlds, walk into town in like 3 minutes but private enough to enjoy some peace from the action. Awesome view of the surf break, perfect pool and palapa. The house is just as pictured and very comfortable. Eva is an awesome host and makes everything so easy. The home is well taken care of by friendly and caring people that give you your space while taking care of everything!

If you're looking for a walkable but peaceful oasis, just book it! Amazing location, great pool/palapa and outdoor space. Highly recommend, beds are actually comfy, the new soundproof windows WORK and we had an amazing relaxing stay. Walk 3 minutes to amazing tacos and town. Saw an awesome iguana in the trees.

We stayed in this wonderful Casita for my friend’s bachelorette trip with ten girls in all and had the best time. The host Ernesto along with Eva, was responsive and even helped us get a taxi when it was raining so we could make our dinner reservation the first night. Each girl felt like that had space in their rooms and corresponding bathrooms. The view was even better than the photos and the entire place felt extremely private although we were a short walk into town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing house and service. My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect house. The property manager was there once we arrived and went over everything and if we ever needed anything, he was super responsive. The house was cleaned everyday we stayed, and they were accommodating for anything that we needed. The house is so close to town and we did opt in to get the golf cart, which was a lot of fun. The house felt like we were inserted into the culture and was so perfect for our trip.
