The house comfortably accommodates 18 guests and can host up to 20 guests when the small closet sofa beds are used. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are television lounges adapted as sleeping areas, making them ideal for younger guests.

The pool does not have a fence or gate, so children must be supervised at all times. Hot-tub heating is included as a courtesy from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Extended heating is available for an additional fee.

Guest Access

Automated Check-In

Self check-in is available using a lockbox, allowing you to collect the keys independently. María Cristina, a member of the team, coordinates your arrival and hands over the house.

Available Spaces

The entire house is exclusively yours. Guests have access to both floors, the pool, hot tub, terrace, barbecue area, and private parking.

Gate Registration

The community requires advance registration. To authorize entry, provide the following information for every guest up to 48 hours before check-in:

• Full name
• Identification number
• Vehicle license plate

Without this information, the gate will not permit access.

Restricted Area

The laundry area is available only for stays of three nights or more.

Accessibility

The property is suitable for children under parental supervision, particularly around the pool. Entry from the parking area is step-free, but the interior is distributed across two floors.

Pets

Pets are welcome. Pet fees are processed through Airbnb. Please keep pets under control and help maintain the cleanliness of the house.

Before You Book

• The property comfortably accommodates 18 guests and can host up to 20 guests for an additional fee of 100,000 COP per person, per night, for guests beyond number 16.
• Registration is mandatory for all guests, including full name, identification number, and vehicle license plate, up to 48 hours before check-in.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
• Check-in may be flexible until 2:00 p.m. if there is no prior booking.
• Check-in before 2:00 p.m. costs 60,000 COP per hour.
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
• Check-out may be extended until 12:00 p.m. if there is no subsequent booking.
• Check-out after 12:00 p.m. costs 110,000 COP per hour.

Community Rules

• Parties and events are not permitted. The community may impose a fine of 2,000,000 COP.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m.
• Visitors are permitted only if they do not stay overnight. Visitors must provide identification and vehicle license plate information.

Extra Services

• Cleaning and meal preparation: 120,000 COP per day, arranged in advance
• Extended hot-tub heating: 100,000 COP
