Rates and Registration Fees
- Receive a 10% discount for stays of 7 days.
- Rates for stays of 15 days or more are negotiable.
- Low-season rates may be as low as $314.10 per night.
- A contract may be requested for signing upon arrival.
- The initial arrival registration fee is 60,000 Colombian pesos, approximately $15 USD in total, not per guest, for up to 12 guests.
- Visitors or guests who are not registered upon initial arrival are subject to a condominium registration fee of 60,000 Colombian pesos, approximately $15 USD, per person.
- Fees are subject to change.
Guest Access and Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years old to register, which is the legal age in Colombia. Colombian guests must also present a valid Colombian identification card, or cédula. Other acceptable identification may include a passport, identification card, or driver’s license.
When parents travel with minors under 18, the minors must be accompanied by their parents. If a minor is traveling with an adult who is not their parent, the adult must provide a notarized letter authorizing the minor’s travel and care, or the applicable legal document confirming guardianship.
Minors may not stay inside the penthouse without supervision from a responsible adult.
As with most condominium complexes, the property has community rules. Please ask if you have a specific question.

My Friends and I stayed at Fernandos lovely penthouse condo Dec 12th-15th and it was spectacular. Photos does this condo no justice you just have to see it in person. From the views, location, nearby restaurants, amenities, and the distance from downtown was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

bsolutely incredible stay. The apartment was beautifully designed, clean, and even better than the photos. The view, the location, and the quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Cartagena. Our host went above and beyond with quick responses, local tips, and making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. This stay made our Cartagena experience unforgettable. I would 100% book again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fernando’s place! It was close to everything and in a very safe neighborhood. The home fit 11 people comfortably, with great views and an amazing environment. Fernando gave us excellent food recommendations and was extremely responsive, kind, and understanding when we had a small mishap during our stay. Airbnb truly needs more hosts like him. Overall, 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!

The apartment has everything you need. If you need something that the apartment doesn't have, it's something very specific. The view is spectacular, the rooms, bathrooms and spaces in general are quite spacious. Everything inside the apartment worked perfectly, zero complaints in that regard, and everything clean as you would expect in a place like this. The only downside for us is that being such a large building, there were a lot of people coming and going, constantly, which sometimes collapsed the elevator and took away a little the feeling of privacy. The area of the city where it is located is also a bit messy in some aspects, but on the other hand, it has everything you need quite close. Fernando was always very kind, and together with the manager, they did their best to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If your plan is to share the apartment with your family, or use it to stay after a day at the beach, I would totally recommend it.
