The Space

Green Villas is located within a 10-minute walk to the town center and 15 minutes from Tamarindo or Langosta Beach. This apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to five guests comfortably. The living room is air-conditioned, and the apartment includes one bathroom, hot water, WiFi, cable TV, and towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, as well as dinnerware and drinks. A furnished private terrace with a fan and a garden area provide a relaxing outdoor space.

The apartment is part of a quiet, private complex consisting of eight apartments that share a large, beautiful pool, a gazebo, and a BBQ area. Security is ensured with a night guard on site.

Guest Guidelines

1. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Parties and events are not permitted during your stay.
2. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of five people. Additional guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area to ensure comfort for all residents.
3. Upon arrival, guests will find initial supplies including toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel, and paper towels.
