The Space

Green Villas is located within a 10-minute walk to town and 15 minutes from Tamarindo or Langosta Beach. This apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to five guests. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment includes one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with a fan. The kitchen contains everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, as well as dinnerware and drinks. Additional amenities include hot water, WiFi, cable TV, and towels.

Guests can relax in the private garden or on the furnished terrace. Security is provided with a night guard for a safe and peaceful stay.

Location

The property is situated in a quiet and private area within an eight-apartment complex. Residents share a large common pool, gazebo, and BBQ area. Nearby conveniences include a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and souvenir shops, while the location remains peaceful and away from noise.

Guest Policies

1. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Parties and events are not permitted during the stay.
2. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of five people. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area to ensure comfort for all residents.
3. Upon arrival, guests will find complimentary essentials including toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel, and paper towels.
