The condominium includes two spacious bedrooms:

• The primary suite features a king-size bed, sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony, and ample closet space.
• The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a beautifully decorated private bathroom.

The main living area provides a comfortable gathering space for family and friends. The adjoining balcony extends the living area outdoors with cozy couches and magnificent ocean views.

Inside, the living room includes a sofa that converts into a full-size bed, making it suitable for additional guests. It is also a comfortable place to read, watch a movie, or enjoy the scenery. A dining table sits beside the living area, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for shared meals and memorable conversations.

Pet Policy

This property is dog-friendly for dogs weighing 15 pounds or less.

• Guests must notify the host upon arrival if bringing a dog.
• A non-negotiable cleaning fee of $100 USD per dog applies.
• Pets arriving without prior notice will not be permitted on the property.

Smoking Policy

Copala is a nonsmoking community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas, including the clubhouse and green spaces.

Smoking is permitted only on the condominium terrace, provided that cigarette and cigar butts are disposed of properly. Any cigar burns or related damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
