This is the second time we have stayed, and we love it. Family of 4 with teenage kids and bring grandma along. Works well for us. Everyone is helpful, quiet, great outdoor spaces, beautiful views. I really have no complaints and plan to book again in the future.

Mayakita was a beautiful property and the staff on site were great. The restaurant property was delicious for breakfast and lunch and close to many others for dinner.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, especially Beth. The beach across the street from the house is beautiful and basically just for us. It is not swimmable since it has a lot of rocks but it gives you the advantage that you find nature at its best with no crowds. We hope to return to Mayakita.

These villas were wonderful! Directly across the ocean, with a nice pool and backyard, absolutely perfect for all three families on this trip. The host was extremely responsive and answered any and all questions for us. They even helped us find things on the island and made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! Beth greeted us like an old friend and demonstrated the home before leaving. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The space was better than the pictures. So spacious and they included shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all 3 bathrooms which was amazing considering I forgot ours!! We REALLY enjoyed our stay at Mayakita and wished we would have stayed longer.

Good stay, the hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded promptly. It was a bit of a hassle trying to cook as they don’t have a real oven, it’s a stove top that doesn’t get too hot and a little tabletop convection oven, they do have a grill that is shared between the residents in other units but you have to request it. We did encounter cockroaches (eek!) on the first day of our stay in the bathrooms, but after they came and fumigated we didn’t see more, we kept all the drains covered as well. The hot tub doesn’t get too hot but it was nice. Beautiful views!
