The Space
This luxury condominium offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated on the second floor of the private gated complex La Esquina. It is just steps away from the white sands of Playa Langosta.
The residence spans 154.48 square meters (1,662 square feet) and features high-end finishes throughout. It is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Tamarindo.
Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and opens onto a small porch where the soothing sounds of crickets and frogs mingle with the warm night breeze. The shared living and dining area connects to a chef’s kitchen and extends through sliding glass doors onto a patio. This outdoor space provides a peaceful transition from the interior to the tropical garden and the gentle sound of the ocean.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo in the La Esquina gated complex! It was the ideal base for our family surf and beach adventure in Tamarindo/Playa Langosta. The location is fantastic — literally a 2-minute walk to the white sand beach. The gated community gave us great peace of mind with kids and our service dog. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and everything we needed. The shared pool was a huge hit after beach days, and the ocean-view rooftop areas in the complex were a nice bonus. The host was responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. Communication was excellent, and check-in was smooth. We especially appreciated how quiet and private it felt despite being so close to the beach and town amenities. If you’re traveling with family or looking for a secure, comfortable spot near the ocean, this is the place. We’d definitely book again on our next trip to Costa Rica! Thank yo!

Nos encantó pasar nuestros días en el apartamento de Viktor. Hubicado en una zona hermosa, donde se respira paz y elegancia; langosta es sin duda nuestra zona favorita de Guanacaste. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en fotos, las habitaciones espaciosas, la distribución muy comoda, todo muy elegante y bien distribuido, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar una estadía tranquila. La piscina es muy refrescante, rodeada de naturaleza, amplia y perfecta para jugar con niños o simplemente descansar. La pasamos tan bien que esperamos regresar pronto!! Realmente nos sentimos como en casa 🌺✨️

Viktor’s place was just as described! Great location and walkable to Tamarindo beach area! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again the next time we are in Costa Rica! The place was more spacious than we anticipated and everything worked as it should. I had a couple questions for Viktor and he replied within 2-3 mins and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Viktor's place was great on every level. It is very spacious. It is very close to the beach and within an easy walk of Tamarindo. The place is clean and well organized. It is also very spacious. Viktor is also a great communicator. He and his team responded to all of our inquiries timely. Overall, this was a great stay, and we will gladly return when the opportunity arises.

This is a spacious and very nice apartment. It’s actually much larger than the pics suggest. It’s in a great part of town. There were just a couple issues. The bedrooms do not have locks on the doors; some may not mind this but for us it was an issue as we wanted privacy given kids. The blinds in the master bedroom don’t keep the sun out much during sunrise. The WiFi didn’t work, although the hosts were diligently working to get that fixed. If those things were addressed it would be 5+ stars.

We were a couple and two young adults and appreciated our stay at Victor's. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Nice balconies and a great pool. The area is quiet and a nice walk (1.5 km) to the heart of Tamarindo.

Unfortunately, this place doesn’t deliver. I booked four nights, and left after two. It’s very dated and is in severe need of updating. The unit is very dark, dusty and outdated. Examples: there’s a strong odor, air filter needs replacing, the blinds don’t have a cord so they only go up or down. The pool was very dirty to the point I wouldn’t put my child in it. I did see a man cleaning it but it needs daily cleaning or more. The grounds are ok but reflect the interior of the unit. For the same price, or slightly more, you can stay at Cala Luna which is exceedingly better. Location and their communication are good. They were attentive.

Great place to stay, lots of space, about a mile from town. Clean and great access to a pool that belongs to the apartment complex. Viktor was very communicative and quick to respond.
