The Space

Villa Poro Poro is part of the exclusive Indo Avellanas Community, a collection of six private residences created around sustainable design principles.

The villa’s tropical contemporary architecture draws inspiration from Indonesian design, emphasizing harmony with nature and the preservation of existing heritage trees. No trees were removed during construction. Instead, the home was designed around the natural landscape and the features that make this destination unique.

Locally sourced materials were used throughout the property, while the layout maximizes cross-ventilation to provide comfort in the coastal environment.
