Completely remodeled in 2022, our condo is situated on a private beach and is ideal for families with children or a romantic getaway. This unit boasts one of the best locations in the entire complex, featuring a pool-front view with beach access and great ocean views.
Location
The condo is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to town. Both the condo and the private beach have 24-hour gated security.

Amenities
- Resort tax/fee (not included in your rental fee):
- 1-2 persons: $17.50 per night
- 3-4 persons: $22.50 per night
- 5-6 persons: $27.50 per night
- 7 or more: $5.00 per person per night above the rental rate
- One-time cleaning fee: $35.00
- Parking fees apply for one vehicle

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Zoey's home....definitely a 5-star rating!! I highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo....you'll love Zoey's oceanfront condo! My family and I will definitely be back to visit.

Everything was consistent and great. We had a great stay and Zoey was very responsive to our needs. Apart from a small 30-minute power outage in the condominium, everything was fine and we'll happily come back.

I went with my husband and our year and half old son for a mini getaway and it was a perfect house for a comfortable stay for our family. We also enjoyed the pool which was literally 20 steps away from the porch and the beach right there too. I would highly recommend staying at Zoey’s place! I

Terra Sol is one of the most convenient properties in Cabo. Walk to the marina. Always find a cab just outside the gate. Fair walk to many good restaurants

The place was as advertised and all the write ups were accurate. Really close to the marina (right outside the gates to the complex 10 minutes walk) and downtown (another 5-10 minutes past the marina). Nice amenities and privacy.

Great location, close to everything view are amazing very relaxed location. Everything you need to set by the pool or set at the beach to watch the sunset. Thank you truly will be coming back to this location😁

We had a great stay at Zoey’s place in terrasol. Amazing location within walking distance to marina. The unit itself is right in front of the pool and steps to ocean. Would come back again!
