The primary and second bedrooms both open onto a balcony overlooking the mountains of Puerto Vallarta. Every bedroom includes air conditioning for comfort throughout the day and night.

Amenity Restrictions

Short-term guests staying fewer than three months may not use the following amenities or services:

• Home theater
• Indoor jacuzzi
• Visitor access during their stay

These amenities are reserved for long-term renters staying three months or more.

The condo is only minutes from Puerto Vallarta’s restaurants, beach bars, shopping centers, and local attractions. Whether you are visiting for adventure, relaxation, or both, the area’s highlights are within easy reach.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Requests may not be possible because of another guest’s arrival or departure and the housekeeping and sanitation process between stays.

If the request cannot be accommodated, luggage may be stored at the PVRPV office until the unit is ready or until closer to the departure or flight time.

Please contact your PVRPV concierge at least 24 hours in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out.

Check-in and check-out times outside the regular schedule incur an additional charge of $40 USD or 700 Mexican pesos, including tax. This fee must be paid in cash to the concierge and applies to:

• Check-outs before 7:59 a.m.
• Check-ins after 8:01 p.m.

When booking flights, please consider the regular check-in and check-out schedule to avoid this fee.

Puerto Vallarta is located in the Central Time Zone, the same time zone as Mexico City (GMT-6).

Guest Restrictions at Check-In

The number of people listed on the booking and confirmation email is the maximum occupancy permitted at the property.

Additional guests may be denied occupancy. If they are permitted to check in, an additional charge may apply according to the condominium and building rules and regulations.

Peninsula Vallarta Rules and Regulations

The jacuzzi and gym are available only to long-stay guests, subject to the building’s rules.

• Peninsula Tower I is a residential condominium, not a temporary lodging resort. By entering the property, everyone agrees to behave as a guest in a private home rather than as a hotel guest.
• Tower I operates independently from Towers II and III in terms of security, policies, and management.
• Under the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco, building management may deny entry to, ban, or remove anyone who behaves aggressively, irresponsibly, or uncivilly. This policy protects the safety and comfort of all residents.
• Any promises or unexplained rules made during the rental or sale of a private unit in Tower I do not affect the enforcement of the condominium’s rules. Each tenant is responsible for reading and signing the rules before entering the condominium.
• These rules supersede any representation made by the owner or lessee of a unit.
• Only owners may use the gym, spa, and home theater or have guests in the condominium. Vacation rental owners may not do so.
• Tenants may not receive visitors or guests during their stay.
• Tenants staying three months or more may use the bar, gym, spa, and home theater and may receive visitors, provided visitors are registered at the front desk and present official photo identification.
• The combined number of tenants and visitors may not exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy.
• A wristband is issued at the front desk to every non-owner, including guests, family members, and tenants. The wristband must be worn throughout the stay and returned at departure.
• Each lost or unreturned wristband incurs a fine of $1,000 Mexican pesos, payable at the front desk.
• Every tenant is counted toward occupancy regardless of age, including infants and employees.
• Tenants and guests may not access the condominium unless the owner or property manager of the rented unit is present at the complex to greet them.
• Attempting to use a counterfeit wristband or identification may result in immediate legal action. Anyone using a unit associated with a counterfeit wristband or identification will be evicted.
• The condominium is monitored by 24/7 surveillance. Videos, sounds, and images are automatically stored on an online server.
• The Owners’ Assembly establishes the rules and regulations applicable to Tower I each year. Management and security decisions are based solely on the condominium bylaws, and exceptions will not be granted.
• Guests and visitors must leave the premises after departing the unit in the presence of the owner or property manager.
• Peninsula Tower I does not provide cleaning, management, security, or maintenance services for private units. These services are provided by the owner or property manager.
• In the pool and beach areas, only personal headphones may be used with music players. Musical instruments and speakers are not permitted, including Bluetooth speakers, cell phones, tablets, computers, and iPads.
• Glass bottles, cups, and glass-like objects are prohibited in the pool and beach areas for safety and security reasons.
• Babies must wear swim or wading diapers while using the pools and splash pools. Regular diapers and naked babies are not permitted in the common areas around the pools.
