Important Notes
- Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the building lacks a generator, we maintain 10,000 liters of water reserves and solar battery backup to support constant water pressure systems.
- Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa. Please avoid harming them. Leaving food exposed may attract their attention.
- The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your departure. Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an extra charge and subject to availability.
- For stays of seven days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can also be arranged.
- Pool cleaning is performed daily for about 20 minutes between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You may request to skip a day for privacy.
- The waterfall operates with the pool pump daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After-hours operation is available upon request.

For the price, the quality doesn’t match the cost. The stay was not guest ready. Maintenance before check-in is critical, yet we had maintenance visits every day due to ongoing issues—notably a front door lock that had to be fixed because it could easily be pushed open (a major safety concern as 2 women travelers). We had trouble with the pool lights, which we didn’t have an opportunity to experience. All issues were resolved eventually, but it did put a damper in our stay.

I visited Tamarindo for about 2 to 3 days and had a great experience. These holes were amazing. Great communication online easy check-in were very accommodating for us and will do it time and time again they make me want to come back to the Tamarindo ASAP.A beautiful villa, very spacious and great for a lot of people and even for a small amount. I highly recommend.

The villa was as described and beyond. This was the perfect spot for us (me, spouse and 20 yr old son). Always felt comfortable and secure. Beach club access was a HUGE perk for sure. Communication from host prior to arrival, during our stay and at check out was great and very well accepted. This villa is a hidden gem! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Costa Rica a success.

WOW is all I can say! The hosts of this Airbnb thought of EVERYTHING! The bracelet entry onto the property and into the unit was so smooth, convenient and easy. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed inside the bedrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed the sauna/cold plunge and lounge chairs in the shared area. The beach access was such an awesome added touch, only a few minute drive away. The hosts were so responsive and gave awesome restaurant recommendations. I can’t believe how beautiful this property was, and for the price, don’t even think twice, just book it! We will be back💓
