The condominium includes complimentary essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. Additional items provided for personal use include beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

Guest Capacity and Fees

The base rate includes accommodation for up to four guests. A maximum of six guests may stay at the property. Each guest beyond the initial four is subject to an additional fee of $50 USD per person, per night.

Resort Access

Matapalo 205 is located within the Diria Resort, the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo. The resort has two separate common areas: one for condominium guests and another reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

As a condominium guest, you have access to:

• The 10,000-square-foot free-form pool directly in front of the condominium
• Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort property
• Diria shops and restaurants

The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Hotel-only amenities, including towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and gym access, are not available to condominium guests. However, pool and beach towels, as well as folding chairs, are provided for your use within the condominium area at no additional charge.

Resort Bracelets

To use the resort facilities, every guest aged 12 and older must wear a bracelet. A few days before arrival, the concierge team will request the total number of guests, along with the full name and a passport photo for each guest. This allows the team to arrange the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condominium upon arrival.

Check-In Requirements

For security purposes, the person who made the reservation must present identification at check-in.
