The Space

Experience luxury in our newly available 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Matapalo Condo, ideally situated near the beach in Tamarindo. This residence offers a semi-private garden and elevator access for added convenience. Your tropical escape is ready to welcome you.

Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with ample outdoor seating. The condo is professionally decorated and furnished with high-end pieces. Located within the Diria Resort—the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo—this property provides exclusive access to two distinct common areas: one reserved for condo guests and another for hotel guests.

As a condo guest, you have exclusive use of the 10,000-square-foot free-form pool located directly in front of the condo. You can also access Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort grounds, along with the resort’s shops and restaurants.

Please note that the breakfast buffet is not included but can be added for an extra charge, subject to availability. Other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and gym are reserved for hotel guests only. However, we provide pool and beach towels along with foldable chairs for your use within the condo area at no cost.

The condo offers over 1,500 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room for your group to relax. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two double beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

If you require a travel crib, please contact our concierge team to arrange one. Availability is limited, and an additional fee applies.

The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable. The family room includes a plasma TV with cable, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. An inside utility room is also available.

For your security and convenience, the property includes an in-room safe, 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access. Complimentary essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap are provided. The condo is fully stocked with additional items for your use, including beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler.

To ensure everyone’s safety, the person who made the reservation must present identification at check-in. We appreciate your cooperation.

Resort Access

Guests aged 12 and older must wear a bracelet to use the resort facilities. A few days before arrival, our concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, along with the full name and passport photo of each guest. This information allows us to prepare the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo upon your arrival.

Location

Tamarindo offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Enjoy world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. You can also take day trips to the volcano or go white water rafting.

We provide complimentary quotes for private car rentals or transportation to and from Liberia or San Jose International Airports.
