3BR Condo in Rancho Santana

Our family of six really enjoyed staying at Scott's place! Everything was just as advertised, the house is a 3 minute walk from the beach, and close to all of the Rancho's amenities. The unit was very spacious , everything was new and in excellent condition. Also, the villa was cleaned daily. All in all, fantastic experience! Thank you to our kind host for answering all of the initial questions, and making us feel welcome.

We had an amazing time at Scott's condo in Nicaragua!! The condo was incredibly clean, modern, and quite beautiful. The views are outstanding- you can sit on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the waves crash...really unbelievable. The condo had all the amenities we needed and more- plenty of dishwater, cooking supplies, etc. It was great being able to cook dinner in the condo and all sit together for a meal. Scott was super helpful in arranging all rides and answering all our questions and concerns throughout the trip! He responded very quickly! Scott went out of his way to make sure we were all set in everything we needed. I would recommend anyone to stay in this condo- family, couples, friends!! Truly amazing vacation!

Fantastic host, fantastic condo.... every possible amenity is available, including filtered water. Condo is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Was nice never having to think we were missing something. Was far better than I expected, and better than the photos show. Scott was a very receptive host, and everything was as smooth as can be. We had friends staying in other units, and Scott's was far better decorated, too. We hope to rent this exact condo again.

The condo was great and we really enjoyed the facilities at the Ranch as well as exploring the villages and beaches nearby. You will definitely want to rent a four wheel drive vehicle if you want to get around. I highly recommend the trip!

Scott is a perfect host and the place is just perfect. Great accomodation with 3 large bedrooms, a big kitchen with a lot to offer and 2 bathrooms. There is also a great big living room and a big terrace to watch the green in front of the building and the ocean. But the best place to watch how the sun sets into the Pacific will be the pool infront of the Inn or from the beach. Just marvelous sunsets which will fill you up with positive energy.

Rancho Santana is a great development with a lot to offer. We enjoyed beautiful, pristine beaches, great hiking trails, and the remoteness of the site. The atmosphere is very relaxing, but there's also plenty of activities to do in and around the complex. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and covered all of our necessities. Sunsets are breathtaking in Playa Santana, which is ~500 feet away from the apartment. Hint: the restaurant in the property can be pricey, but it's good.
