The Community

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community in Los Cabos, perched on a dramatic mountainside overlooking Quivira’s Jack Nicklaus Signature course. The beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained community offers privacy, a refined clubhouse, and peaceful Pacific Ocean views at the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each villa includes:

• A private infinity pool
• Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis
• Spacious terraces
• A central family room
• Reading areas
• Walk-in closets

The villas provide a comfortable home away from home in a spectacular setting.

Please note that listings are not tied to a specific villa. All villas share the same layout, amenities, private pool, and private jacuzzi. Views may vary slightly between villas, and a specific view or location cannot be guaranteed. Villas are managed in both Phase I and Phase II.

Booking and Guest Policies

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Please reserve the villa using the correct guest count.

• Additional guests must be registered and all applicable fees must be paid.
• Guests added after the original booking incur a fee of $50 USD per person per night.
• If additional guests arrive beyond the number included in the reservation, the fee increases to $100 USD per person per night when reported during or after check-in.
• If you are unsure of your final group size, guests may be added before arrival at the standard rate. Please update the reservation at least a couple of days before check-in.

Housekeeping is not included but may be added for $100 USD per day.

Please review the house rules carefully. The Montecristo community maintains strict regulations to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Villa Assignment

Villa assignments are confirmed only at check-in and cannot be confirmed or guaranteed in advance. As a multi-unit vacation rental property, villas are assigned according to reservation departures and arrivals.

Early Check-In

Upon arrival, you are welcome to go directly to the clubhouse reception desk. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, regardless of the circumstances. Villas are guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 p.m.; if your villa is ready earlier on the day of arrival, the team will be happy to provide access.

While waiting, guests may use the clubhouse facilities. The team can also store luggage and groceries until the villa is ready.

Pantry items are not provided, including:

• Condiments
• Cooking oils

• Plastic wrap
• Coffee
• Sugar

Guest Access

Guests also have access to Pueblo Bonito Resorts, which offer excellent service standards and amenities.

Guest Discounts

The following discounts apply during your stay:

• 10% discount on food and beverages at Pueblo Bonito restaurants and bars
• 20% discount on spa treatments at Pueblo Bonito spas
• 25% discount on rounds of golf at the exclusive Quivira Golf Course

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, certificates, or coupons.

Outside Services

Outside services are not permitted within the Quivira Los Cabos community. This includes private chefs, catering services, grocery shopping services, maid services, and similar services. Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are permitted.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The Government of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local environmental and community infrastructure.

Reservations made from September 8, 2022 onward are subject to a tax of $85 MXN per room per night, approximately $5 USD. This fee is charged at check-out in addition to the rental total.

Vacation Rental Experience

This is a vacation rental experience, which differs from a timeshare or a hotel rental booked directly through the resorts.

Several amenities included with resort bookings are not included with vacation rentals. The amenities provided are consistent with those commonly offered in the vacation rental industry and with Airbnb’s recommendations for essential amenities.
