The place is very nice. It is taken care of and clean. It's easy to find. The description and photos are exactly like the property. It is a quiet and safe area. Conveniently located for traveling from Punta Mita to Puerto Vallarta. We found the house in very good condition, and it is well equipped.

This place was great for our whole family. The host were responsive, and we were really appreciative of the cleaner coming every few days. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The house, patio and grounds are beautiful.

beautiful location, easy walk to the ocean, beautiful pools, very well. manicured grounds. The condo could use some updating. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

We rented this property for 6 weeks and had a variety of guests during our stay aged 3 months to 60 years. The villa is very spacious and met everyone's needs. It was clean enough but could use a little TLC (blinds, paint). We needed a few small appliances replaced during our stay and that was taken care of reasonably quickly. Housekeeper Maria was fantastic. The complex is very secure and well groomed.
