Our stay in Antigua was made complete by this beautiful home. We spent countless time in the pool, sauna, and hot tub. The home is VERY spacious and rooms are huge. Everyone in our group of 10 enjoyed their accommodations. The home is in a private community which makes it very safe to be in. It is a quick 20 minute walk to the city center so very accessible. The home manager on site was extremely nice, we enjoyed nice chats with him and he gave great recommendations. We also hired someone to cook our groceries for us on our last day and everything came out amazing (eggs, beans, plantains, toast, and coffee)! Finally the host was very responsive and VERY accommodating. We greatly appreciate the work and effort that went into making our stay comfortable. Would come again!

This home is absolutely beautiful truly breathtaking and even better than expected. The space was clean, well-maintained, and the host was very kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The only challenge we experienced was with the gated community. Security is extremely strict, and going in and out was difficult and time consuming. We had multiple occasions where it felt like a hassle to leave and return, especially when attending events and dinners. It’s something to be aware of if you plan to come and go often during your stay. We were very mindful of the community rules, kept noise to a minimum, and made sure to be respectful at all times. There is currently a damage claim being discussed, so I would recommend future guests document the condition of the property upon arrival and departure for their own peace of mind. Overall, it’s a stunning place to stay, just be prepared for the strict security procedures.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa El Nazareno! The house is incredible. It is very large, spread out nicely, and all the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom in addition to a full bathroom in the basement spa and a half bath on the main level. The spa (hot tub and sauna) was wonderful and the pool was a lovely warm temperature. A great temperature for kids and evening swims. There are multiple lovely sitting areas, comfortable furniture throughout, and the house is beautifully decorated. We loved the enclosed courtyard in the mornings and sitting on the rooftop at night to watch the volcano erupt! The neighborhood is exquisite, private, and secured when entering and departing. My family enjoyed playing soccer on the soccer field and we walked into town multiple times per day. My kids keep asking if we can move to Casa El Nazareno! We highly recommend this residence and intend on returning. It was fabulous for our family of four and would be great for a large group as well.

The house is even better than what the pictures show. It’s a beautiful colonial style house and has a lot of amenities. The house is huge and it’s located inside a private and beautiful compound with security. It takes you about 15 min walking to Antigua’s main square and it feels quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner was super responsive and really accommodating. We stayed only two days but wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful house. The photos don’t do it justice. It is much bigger in person. Perfectly placed in the town. Close enough to walk, but still very peaceful and quiet. will definitely be back.

Stayed here with 4 couples for a wedding. Home was nice. The pool was great and very warm. We paid extra for staff which was very nice to have for some cleaning and cooking. Mari was great. By far the nicest gated community in Antigua. Very safe. However the neighborhood requires that the host answer the phone every time you enter with a vehicle, and we had difficulty with no answer one time when it was later in the evening. We only got in because one of the couples happen to own another house in the neighborhood and was able to call their family to let us in. We scheduled time for massages, but had a few folks decline day of. The therapist left happily with payment for the 3 massages performed and said nothing about us needing to pay for the others we ended up declining. The host later demanded payment for those we turned down. Monagui should have been more clear on that policy when scheduling or in description. We would have done the other massages if we knew. Overall 7/10.
