Located on the third floor of the Matapalo building, the condo overlooks a tranquil lagoon pool and lush tropical gardens. The open-concept living and dining areas extend onto a large covered terrace, perfect for relaxation. Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features a Juliet balcony with garden and pool views, a walk-in closet, and a spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additional conveniences include a foyer with a coffered ceiling, in-suite laundry, elevators, parking, and 24/7 security.

Location

La Diria condos are nestled within tropical gardens behind a large lagoon pool that includes a swim-up bar. Despite its peaceful setting, the property is just steps away from Tamarindo’s vibrant town center. The famous Tamarindo beach is directly across the street, and numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife options are within easy walking distance.

Important Details

• A strict no-tolerance policy for parties and loud noise is enforced. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, noise monitoring software, or any evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
• Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on repair costs.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged IVA by their bank separately from Airbnb taxes and must handle this directly with their bank.
• For security reasons, a photo ID of each guest is required prior to arrival.
