Important Details
A strict no-tolerance policy for parties and loud noise is enforced. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, noise monitoring software, or any evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on repair costs.
Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged IVA by their bank separately from Airbnb taxes and must handle this directly with their bank.
For security reasons, a photo ID of each guest is required prior to arrival.
