Casa Ylang Ylang is a secluded sanctuary with very few neighboring homes. You will be accompanied by trees, birds, and butterflies while taking in views of the Pacific Ocean. The two-story wooden house features:

• 3 bedrooms
• 2.5 bathrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen and living spaces

The first floor boasts an open floor plan with abundant windows that invite natural light and breezes. To the right is a dining table for six, and to the left are stairs leading to the second floor and an in-house laundry room.

The kitchen includes:

• U-shaped quartz countertop
• Stove and oven
• Refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Rice maker
• Complete set of utensils

Beyond the kitchen, a sitting and TV area opens to the refreshing pool and spacious deck furnished with hammocks, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ. Air conditioning is available on this floor to keep the entire space cool.

On the second floor:

• Master bedroom with Pacific Ocean views, ample closet space, and a personal safe
• En-suite bathroom featuring a large shower with a detachable showerhead and sandblasted windows that open to nature
• Second bedroom with a king bed, generous storage, and a full bathroom nearby
• Both bedrooms share a front terrace with a shaded sitting area perfect for yoga or enjoying sunsets, plus an open sunbathing space
• Third bedroom located on the opposite side of the house with two twin beds

Location and Access

The house is accessed via a 10-minute drive from Tamarindo toward Los Jobos on a dirt road. A high-clearance 4x4 vehicle or UTV is recommended. Our team can assist with arranging these vehicles as well as taxis, since transportation is needed for trips to town and the beach.

Tamarindo is approximately one hour from Liberia Airport. We offer shuttle and car rental services with special rates and discounts. Once in Tamarindo, informal taxis and ATV rentals are available to explore nearby beaches within 30 minutes.
