Pristine Playa del Zacatitos, one of the few swimmable beaches in the area, is only a 10-minute walk away.

• Two main bedrooms are located upstairs, separated by a hallway. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed.
• For groups larger than four guests, a newly added casita with an additional queen bedroom and private bathroom can be made available.
• The house includes two bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom on the ground floor with an outdoor shower.
• Additional sleeping options include a sofa bed and inflatable air mattresses.

• The fully equipped kitchen features an island and all necessary appliances for cooking.
• Modern conveniences include a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, and barbecue grill.

Location

• The beach is a 10-minute walk from the house.
• Zac’s Bar & Grill is also a 10-minute walk away.
• Nearby upscale dining options include Flora Farms and Acre, both green Michelin-starred, as well as Monte Cardon and Tamarindos.
• Zacatitos hosts an organic Farmer’s Market three times a week, offering fresh fish, vegetables, eggs, chicken, tamales, and bread.
• A larger market takes place in San Jose on Saturdays (starting in November).
• San Jose Del Cabo, 20 minutes west, offers art galleries, excellent restaurants, and entertainment.
• About 30 miles east is Cabo Pulmo National Park, famous for coral reefs and abundant sea life, ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling. The route passes some of Mexico’s best surf spots.
