3Beds Beachfront Club access + Resort Amenities

Our family of five (4yo, 8yo, 11yo) loved our stay at Peninsula condos!! The accommodations were very comfortable for our first time travellers! The air conditioning kept them cool and they had many comforts of home (a kitchen we could fully cook in, entertainment for rest time, comfortable beds). The amenities were amazing - 24 hour concierge, underground parking, two amazing pools that were cleaned daily and beautiful! Many families and quite a few kids, but still very peaceful if travelling without kids. The area was gorgeous and a peaceful refuge for our family from the much busier Tamarindo (but still close enough to drive, walk or take a golf cart into Tamarindo for a fun day!). We ran into a few hiccups and our hosts responded within minutes and even visited us at the condo to help with a few minor issues! We felt safe and cared for the whole time and would definitely return to this location or any location with Andrea as our host! Thank you for an amazing time!

Andrea’s place was exactly as was described with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The connection to the beach club is a great value added feature as it allows hassle free access to the gorgeous Langosta Beach. At the club, food is good and other services are available as well. All in all, a very easy & comfortable stay. Downtown is a good walk off. Either the rented e-scooters or the electric golf carts make sense. Andrea was very responsive and there for any needed support.

Andrea’s place was amazing! We saw monkeys in the trees almost every day, the pool was fantastic and we were a quick 15-20 min walk to town. It was the perfect location for our family trip. I loved it!

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here and it was a 5 star experience with 5 star hosts in Andrea and co-host Yunielka. Prior to check-in we received detailed information about all we needed to know about the apartment, along with helpful recommendations for restaurants, tours, sightseeing and surrounding beaches. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals when not dining out. We enjoyed using the blender to make our own tropical smoothies with the fresh fruit of Costa Rica. Beds are very comfortable. This was a perfect location for us - a short distance from the main town but far enough away in quiet Playa Langosta in a well maintained complex with 24 hour gated security. Most everything was walkable (including 20 minutes to downtown), but we did rent a golf cart for our stay. The Beach Club access was a nice amenity. The communication from the hosts was fantastic with responses always fast - the best we have ever had! We plan to be back!

We had a great stay at Andrea’s place. Comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. Nice new furniture too which we enjoyed.

Peninsula is a great place to stay, the grounds are well kept as is the outdoor kitchen, grills and pool washrooms. Staff on site are always friendly and helpful and the property managers of our unit were exceptional! Our unit was cleaned to perfection on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend Andrea and her team for the rental of any units her and her team are attending to.

Wonderful stay for our first time in Tamarindo! The master bedroom and two balconies were awesome (we saw monkeys every day) and having complimentary access to the beach club for our group of 6 was a huge plus - we loved the pool and beach. Another plus is the 24 hour security guard at the gate and designated garage parking. Andrea was a super responsive host and when we needed something fixed, it was taken care of immediately. Only heads up is that the living room/kitchen area is slightly small and dark (bc the window is to the hallway (as pictured)) - but it didn’t bother us bc we spent almost all of our time out at the beach or on the beautiful porches! Also note that the apartment is in the quieter side of town - it’s walking distance to the beach club, but to get to restaurants and the center of town, you will likely want to drive. Overall, a great place and great stay!
