The Space

Casa Malandra is set on an untouched beach in Puerto Escondido’s Punta Pájaros area. Designed by prestigious architect Alberto Calleja, the property combines a sophisticated atmosphere with a natural setting of lush vegetation, water, and sea views.

The house is arranged across three modules to provide privacy for each space. Wooden bridges connect the modules, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding landscape as they move throughout the property.

Kitchen and cleaning staff are available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Food and Beverages

Meals and drinks are not included in the house rental price.

Cooks are available to prepare local and international dishes. Recommended meal times are:

• Breakfast: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
• Snack: Between breakfast and lunch
• Lunch: 3:00–4:00 p.m.
• Dinner: At the guests’ leisure

The staff leaves a precooked meal for the evening before departing at 5:30 p.m.

Food costs USD 60 per person per day and include all meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and a limited quantity of beer.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the food or rental price. Guests may request drinks according to their preferred quantity and type for an additional cost, provided the request is made before arrival.
