The place is very cozy and quiet. It's small, as advertised, but for a couple or small family it's more than perfect. The truth is that small accommodations make families share more, which is amazing. The pool is clean and well maintained, as are the room and furniture.

The condominium is very well maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool... The guards and the gardener were super attentive. Close to Playa Ocotal, one of my favorites 💕 Close to restaurants and supermarkets.

The place is comfortable, the location is good It just needs more maintenance, the heater works when it wants to, it seems to have a short circuit, in the kitchen there should be something to place the dishes and be able to dry them without putting them on the sink, also something to place the sponge, we had to ask for a curtain for the kitchen because the first night the outside light and the apartments in front came in The manager responds promptly and tries to resolve the situation
