This is our 2nd time staying and it’s perfect for our family if 6. There’s enough bedrooms and bathrooms we aren’t on top of each other. We can cook and there is also a cooking service. Daily cleaning, washer dryer. The complex has the perfect beach, pool etc makes you feel like you are at a resort. And the location is perfect, 20min to Punta Mita, 35 to sayulita. We will be back!

Our concierge, Brisa, was amazing! She took care of everything for us. We loved having breakfast made for us each morning, the condo fit our group perfectly. We also really enjoyed being next to the W Hotel and highly recommend getting a day pass there through Resort Pass! It came with an F&B credit and a discount at the spa, which was lovely. This place felt very worth the money. Absolutely perfect stay!

Absolutely gorgeous condo with incredible views. Our group of 4 adults and 2 small children had a wonderful, relaxing time thanks to Brisa's help (our concierge) and Alma's cooking. The space was spotless and spacious - much better than the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was with security or this would have been 5 stars; the front door lock never worked properly, and the safe in our bedroom also did not work. I trust the team was fixing both, but it was not fixed during our stay and for this price we felt it needed to be addressed. For the front door, our concierge gave us an interim solution within about 24 hours which we appreciated. The building is in such a safe, secure area that we were not overly concerned.

We love Veneros and this place is awesome. The only problem is the low season (June/July/August) is extremely hot/muggy and we had a day without power or air conditioning. It wasn't this hosts fault or there was nothing they could do about it but that put a wrinkle in the vacation. My only complaint is the price to stay here in the low season used to be a lot less but now its so much more and should be reduced. Also there are some repairs needed (pool tiles), pool chairs were broken and would have been nice to have an umbrella by the pool in the unit to have relief from the sun during this very hot season. The food was spectacular and everyone was very pleasant and responsive. My only issue is the value staying in Punta Mita and Los Veneros during the summer isn't there when the prices are as high as they are. We will be back in the fall/winter/spring months.

We had a super fun stay, the place is very nice, we hired the cook service and prepared us delicious meals, our entire experience was very good. Thank you very much for everything
