Real del Mar is located next to the Mayan Palace Hotel in Mazatlán’s Diamond Zone, one of the port’s most modern and attractive areas. This gated community features:

The house itself does not have an ocean view or direct beachfront location, but the swimming pool and gardens are oceanfront and offer ocean views.

The recently renovated three-story house provides a fresh, clean atmosphere. The ground floor includes:

• A small bedroom with a bed
• A full bathroom, ideal for guests who cannot climb stairs
• An entry hall
• A half bathroom

The second floor has two additional bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with a queen-size bed

The third-floor master bedroom features:

• A king-size bed
• A full bathroom
• A shower
• A bathtub

The house is fully air-conditioned and includes a kitchen, television, wireless internet, and the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation by the sea.

A palapa-covered terrace includes a breakfast area, where you can enjoy coffee or prepare a barbecue. Plastic chairs and tables are provided for your convenience. The terrace also features a hammock.

Guest Access

Real del Mar is easy to reach. The community is located next to the Mayan Palace Hotel in the beautiful Cerritos area and behind Villas del Mar.

Please let us know whether you will arrive by plane or car, along with your estimated arrival time.

To enter the community, take the street leading to the beach. The entrance is located at the end of this street, where a security guard is on duty 24 hours a day. Announce your arrival and complete check-in before beginning your stay.

Wi-Fi is available in the second-floor television room. The password is listed on the modem, and speeds exceed 250 Mbps.

Other Things to Note

This is one of the largest houses in the community. It offers a spacious palapa terrace, a hammock, and 24-hour security, along with professional service designed to make your stay comfortable.

The master bedroom on the third floor includes both a bathtub and a shower, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Casa 81 Usage Guide and Policies

1. Number of Guests

• The maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children.
• The number of guests will be verified at check-in.

2. Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know so we can coordinate your arrival.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be punctual so the house can be prepared for the next guests.

4. Behavior and Noise

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and considerately toward neighbors and other residents.
• Please avoid excessive noise, especially at night.

5. Use of Common Areas

• You are welcome to use the pool and gardens.
• Please keep all common areas clean and tidy.
• Respect other guests who may be using these facilities.

6. Security

• The community has 24-hour security.
• Ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the house.

7. Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of all litter properly.

8. Wi-Fi and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi is available in the second-floor television room.
• The password is listed on the modem.
• Please use the connection reasonably.

9. Emergencies

• In an emergency, follow the safety instructions provided in the house.
