Beautiful views. Delightful property.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as described. A special thank you to Vanessa and Santos for being so helpful and making everything easy during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back!

My family absolutely enjoyed the beautiful home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small negative for us was that the beach was not as walkable as I had hoped. The roads are very steep and we are in our late seventies. We never went to the beach but we did enjoy the beautiful pool which had a great view of the beach. We hired a chef, Sophia, for our evening meals and that was a huge success. It is a great place to stay if you want quality family time!

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years, and this was truly the best experience we’ve ever had. Vanessa, the concierge, was incredible to work with - she organized excursions and made planning effortless. Chef Sofia was fantastic, her meals outstanding, and her banana bread is the best we’ve ever had. Santos and Flaca were wonderful - kind, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed (like finding Sylvester the sloth!) The home is spectacular. The kitchen is spacious and so fun for cooking or grilling out on the deck. The bedrooms were perfection, with very comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and breathtaking views from every room. The outdoor spaces truly set this home apart. The infinity pool is incredible, perfect for relaxing, taking in the scenery, and enjoying the incredible wildlife. The location is ideal—short walk to one of the best beaches, restaurants and groceries. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend!

We are a 3-generation family of 11 who had a fantastic time visiting local sites and just enjoying the property’s many amenities and abundant wildlife. We were just sad to leave.

Stunning house and location, extremely helpful staff that includes a cleaner each weekday, so many fun things to do nearby (great beaches, quaint town with restaurants etc), pristine pool, fun wildlife on site (we saw a 2-toed sloth with her baby thanks to the groundskeeper who showed it to our children!)... The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking on our own, but we also appreciated Chef Sofia, who we hired to cook for a few nights -- truly special. The only small negative was a mild odor that made its way into the bedrooms. It wasn't a huge deal, but with everything else being so perfect, I hope they can figure out the source and fix it for future guests.

I've stayed all over the world at AirBNBs, and this one tops them all. Great locaiton, walkable to resturants/bars, the beach, etc... The house manager took awesome care of us including me forgetting the key one day. The chef she recommended was awesome, and it was a world class experience. Loved every minute of it.

The home is gorgeous, comfortable, and peaceful, with an incredible view of the ocean and Manuel Antonio park from the bedrooms and the pool. We saw monkeys, birds, and iguanas from the house. It’s fully stocked with all the amenities. Vanessa the local concierge was a life saver as she helped us out when one of us needed urgent care one afternoon. Super responsive and helpful in taking care of details for us so we could focus on our family and on relaxing. We look forward to coming again!

Kent and Vanessa were absolutely amazing hosts. From the moment we booked, Vanessa was incredibly receptive and communicative — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. On our first night, she even went out of her way to help us get groceries delivered, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long travel day. Vanessa provided excellent restaurant recommendations and were always happy to assist. When we accidentally left behind money and credit cards, both Kent and Vanessa jumped into action and were incredibly helpful in finding a solution to get everything returned to us safely. Truly above and beyond. The property itself was stunning — even more beautiful than the photos. Surrounded by nature, we spotted sloths and monkeys in the trees right on the grounds. Even during the rainy season, it was peaceful, lush, and breathtaking.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home! Vanessa, the concierge, was extremely helpful in helping plan our stay and activities. Santos the groundskeeper was friendly and always looking for a way to make our stay easier. We saw lots of wildlife right at the house (monkeys, iguana, frogs, agouti). We also enjoyed a night at the house with a meal prepared by Chef Sofia. Highly recommend!
