The Space
Villa Beltramo offers approximately 4,200 square feet of spacious and comfortable living areas. Upon entering, you are greeted by soaring ceilings and expansive glass walls that showcase breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, the Pacific Ocean, and the luxurious marina below.
The main level features a generous living room and a sunlit dining area, complemented by three walk-out terraces. There is also a stylish bathroom and a thoughtfully designed gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a functional island with bar seating.
The stunning master suite is located on the main floor and includes a luxurious travertine bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. This suite also has its own terrace, offering inviting ocean vistas.
Upstairs, the second level houses two elegant guest suites, each with private bathrooms and balconies.
Outdoor Living
The exterior space is exceptional, with approximately 1,800 square feet of travertine decking surrounding a saltwater pool. For added convenience, there is a custom Palapa bar equipped with a sink and seating for six, allowing you to enjoy drinks without leaving the property.
Additional outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower and a cabana-style bathroom. The sun-drenched deck is ideal for entertaining and can comfortably accommodate large groups with ample seating.
A special feature is the Casita, perfect for younger guests. It contains four bunk beds and a private bathroom, providing a separate space for them to relax and enjoy their stay.
Location
Villa Beltramo is situated within the private residential community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas. It is just a five-minute walk to the lively marina area, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, patios, and pool. A washer and dryer are available upon request.
Additional Information
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their party during the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Beltramo! Megan was very responsive and helpful prior to our trip answering our questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring we had a seamless check-in experience. She even accommodated our 2 year old toddler and 82 year old grandpa. Claudia was excellent! She made 2 homemade, multi-course meals that my family loved, and even whipped up ceviche and fish tacos when we came home with fresh fish from a fishing charter. The house, outside amenities, and view are even better than the photos. The neighborhood was well located near the marina area for restaurants and activities, and felt secure behind a security check-point. We wish we could've stayed longer!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Was in awe when I first came up the stairs and saw the view from the outside pool area. House was very comfortable and spacious. Claudia and the staff were incredible. We added chef services and the food was absolutely amazing. Megan was incredible responsive leading up to our trip. This house had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Megan was really great at communicating all around! We had no issues at all the entire time. We had the pleasure of having Claudia cooking for us. Her cooking was the best we had the entire time we stayed… Claudia was very nice and accommodating. Diana the cleaning lady was always very thorough. We are very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The area was very safe in the guarded community. Thank you :-) Tim and Family

STOP!! Book this place now! There is no reason to look any further. Megan is extremely quick to respond to all of your questions and Claudia will go above and beyond to take care of all of your needs. The house is simply BEAUTIFUL and in the perfect location to get to the Marina and downtown Cabo. Walmart is about a 7 minute drive and so close to everything you need. The pictures DO NOT do this home justice! It’s so comfy, big, open and feels like home away from home in the most beautiful spot in Cabo. We had 8 adults, an 11 year old and a toddler with plenty of room and beautiful views! Claudia and Megan made sure there was a stroller, a baby gate, a play pen, and a high chair to accommodate the toddler. This was probably my 15th time in Cabo but by far the best place to stay out of all of my trips! I can’t thank Claudia and Megan enough for their top notch hospitality!! We will be back!! This is your place, do it, book now! You won’t regret it!

Megan and Claudia made our stay so easy. Extremely accommodate with last minute changes with our flights and plans. The location of the house was very convenient for walking and you still got amazing views of the Marina. Would highly recommend!
