The property accommodates up to 14 guests. An additional charge of $120 per person applies from the 15th guest onward, with a maximum capacity of 50 people.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cabin and its grounds.

House Rules

The house is intended for rest, spending time together, and enjoying quality moments with family and friends.

• Parties and noisy events are not allowed.
• Music is permitted only until 11:00 p.m.
• After 11:00 p.m., guests must maintain a quiet atmosphere without loud music or excessive noise.
• If the residential complex reports a violation of this rule, a fine of MXN 2,500 will apply and will be the guest’s responsibility.
