The Space
Villa Lima is a charming two-bedroom villa situated in the peaceful Jardines de Palma Real Residential community, featuring a shared pool. Surrounded by lush gardens, the villa offers a serene environment where vibrant greenery contrasts beautifully with the nearby beach.
The villa accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own television to ensure comfort and entertainment.
The master suite includes a king-size bed, a bathtub, and direct access to a lovely balcony on the second floor. The second bedroom contains two queen-size beds. This combination of comfort and character makes Villa Lima an ideal retreat for families or groups.
Outside, the villa features a pleasant terrace with a dining table and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors amid the tranquil natural setting.
Location and Access
Guests have access to the residential community’s amenities, including:

- Two nearby beach access points: Playa Bonita and Playa Mansita, both within walking distance
With your reservation, you will also have access to:
- Three beaches: Langosta, Mansita, and Avellanas (the latter is internationally recognized for its waves)
- Avellanas Beach Club (daily fee per person applies), offering a pool with lounge chairs, spa, playground for children, gym, parking, and direct beach access. Note that access may change without notice, and the club may be closed on some days in October.
- Mountain bike trails with on-site bike rentals available, or you may bring your own bike

The closest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Traveling from San José (SJO) airport may take around five hours, depending on traffic and seasonal conditions.

Our family had a fantastic time at the villa. Nestled in a serene and gated community, the house was well-maintained. Every bedroom was spotless, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It’s evident that the management team is doing an excellent job of overseeing the property. The friendly and helpful security guard at the gate added to our pleasant stay. The clubhouse pool was a peaceful oasis, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming between it and the ocean. However, we were disappointed with the restaurant at the clubhouse. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was poorly prepared and cooked, which was a major letdown. We only stayed for two nights, thus we did not stock up any groceries. If you are planning on staying longer, I highly recommend stocking up on groceries beforehand. That way, you can avoid dining out altogether. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and would definitely return.

This was my family's first time in Costa Rica, so I relied on my niece to recommend a place to stay. She loves this beach and her husband has a relative who owns a home on the property. Getting there was a bit rough--typical CR traffic, and there was a lot of construction going on. The condominium we rented was expensive, but the location and amenities--including a great pool and ability to walk to the beach--made it worthwhile. We ate at Lola's and watched the sun set. We ate at another restaurant (off the property) that was excellent. There is a great supermarket to buy groceries in case you want to barbecue or cook at the condo. Host was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this!

We were there for a wedding. Wedding venue on the property was out of this world. House was beautiful and within walking distance to beach. House was close enough to town for the action and far enough away for peace and relaxation. Check in was easy and went very smoothly. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We definitely plan on returning.
