The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms:

• Two bedrooms with king beds
• One bedroom with two queen beds
• An ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet in each bedroom

Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the open-plan interior with the surrounding greenery. Outside, a spacious wooden terrace features a private plunge pool. Residents also share a 25-meter saltwater rooftop infinity pool and a fully equipped gym.

The beach is approximately seven minutes away, while 5th Avenue is about 12 minutes away.

As a Mara Playacar resident, you also have access to the shared 25-meter saltwater rooftop infinity pool, fully equipped gym, and garden areas.

Mara Playacar is located within Playacar’s gated community, which has 24/7 security at the entrance. One underground parking space is included.

Self check-in is available through a smart keypad. The access code will be sent before arrival.

Important Information

• Quiet hours: Playacar quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Mara is a family-friendly residential building, so quiet and respectful gatherings are welcome. Large parties and events are not permitted.
• Shared amenities: The rooftop pool is open until 11:00 PM and, along with the gym, is shared with other Mara Playacar residents. Complete house rules are posted inside the condo.
• Sargassum season: Seaweed may wash ashore on Caribbean beaches between April and August. Local beach clubs regularly clear their areas, but conditions can vary from day to day.
• Hurricane season: Hurricane season runs from June through November. Brief power or water interruptions are rare but possible during storms.
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
