We stayed 10 days as a family and had a very good time. The house has been recently renovated, it is in a quiet area but easy to walk to Tamarindo and the beach.

This was a spacious house in a good location just a couple minutes walk to the beach. There isn't any curb appeal, as the neighborhood is still being developed (rough, dirt road with other houses actively under construction), but once you get thru the gate the grounds and pool are actually depicted in the photos. The house itself was great for the six of us, with enough room to comfortably spread out. Except maybe the kitchen, which was a little tight. Otherwise, it was tidy but not really "clean." The place is beginning to need some attention , with some switches missing knobs and light bulbs not working, etc. Main complaint was poor exterior lighting combined with awkward transitions that caused a couple of stubbed toes.

Place was clean, spacious and in a great location. Far enough away from The Tamarindo noise but easily walkable to wherever. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk and the pool was nice in a beautiful yard which felt very private. Nice bbq area. If we were ever to go back to Tamarindo then we would definitely consider this place again. Great place to stay and highly recommend.

This place is nice. The location is convenient, about a 3 minutes walk to the beach. It’s takes a little bit longer to get to the downtown area, but it’s still walkable in my opinion. The area felt safe; there were many locks and my large rental car was able to fit within the gate. The pool area was a public space shared by surrounding tenants, and was very beautiful. The bedrooms all had AC units that worked well. The water pressure was good and got fairly hot. The kitchen is less suitable for cooking meal, but that’s okay because there are plenty of fantastic restaurant around with a variety of food. Also, the place came with only two beach chairs, buts it’s very easy to find a place to rent a couple more. There was also plenty of of beach towel and regular bathroom towel.

This was a beautiful and private spot with a perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of town. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!
