Beach Apartment with Rooftop View

David was a great host responsive from booking through check-out, with clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and bars. We also loved the little coffee shop, Jet Fuel, around the corner. The rooftop outdoor space was our favorite part of the stay.

This is my 5th+ time staying here and it won't be my last. Everything was spotless, check-in was seamless, and the space felt like home - highly recommend

David was a great host! His check-in instructions were crystal clear and easy to understand. He had tons of great recommendations for everything from places to eat and things to do. He was very responsive anytime I had a question or a problem. I’m a surfer, so I absolutely loved the location. It’s a one minute walk from the beach! There was plenty of room for me to store my board inside as well. Some mornings on the rooftops, I could see macaws flying overhead while listening to the waves. I loved how clean the apartment was, and it had lots of amenities that you never see in Costa Rica: microwave, hairdryer, wash cloths, etc. I will be back for sure!

Very clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were very nice. The shower was hot. Great location and the price was really great. The gate is kind of noisy if you are close to it, but once it was around 10:00 pm people stopped using it. I got a great night's sleep each night. I was a little alarmed that you couldn't lock the exterior door of the unit from the inside (it locks automatically and you need a code from the outside), but then I realized that the heavy door separating the kitchen from the bathroom and bedroom DID lock from the inside. So then I was fine with it. David's communication and recommendations were stellar, he even helped me figure out a solution to some cellular troubles I was having. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, I'm pretty sure you couldn't do better in Jaco for the price. And the AC system was outstanding. Just lovely, comfortable place and a good host.

Ive have been staying here for several years. Never been disappointed. Its the perfect location on the quieter south end of Playa Jaco.

Good stay in the right place close to the beach, with cozy and clean beddings and anything we needed equipped in the apartment. David was very communicative and friendly, while providing us with all the details we needed. Thank you!

Sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Flexibler Check-In und David war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hatte super Tipps. Der Strand ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, für Surfer ein Paradies. Es stimmt, dass man in der Wohnung das Eingangstor recht laut hört, aber uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Parken vor der Tür ist kein Problem.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect — close to the beach in a safe, clean, and peaceful area. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable. David was incredibly gracious, informative, and responsive throughout my stay, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway.
