The Space

Villa 2 features an open-plan main floor with:

• A modern kitchen
• A comfortable seating area
• A dining area for six
• Glass doors that can be left open to enjoy the sounds of the sea and tropical birds
• An outdoor patio with chairs overlooking the large Zorba property swimming pool

The private Zorba beachfront offers loungers and natural shade for relaxing by the sea. Organic, biodegradable toiletries made with local Mayan honey and purified water are provided in refillable containers.

All rooms have an organic boho aesthetic with natural materials, artistic details, and layered textures.

Bedrooms

• Main-floor bedroom: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and custom closet space.
• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, custom closets, and a balcony overlooking the garden.
• Master bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a Juliet balcony with a jungle atmosphere and views of the pool.

This home is well suited to families or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the privacy of their own residence and the attentive service of a boutique hotel.

Guest Access

Each home on the beachfront property has a private entrance and landscaping designed for privacy. The property is shared with other homes, and guests have access to:

• Large swimming pool with waterfall
• 1,800-square-foot communal rooftop with sunset and surrounding views
• Palm trees by the sea providing natural shade
• Beach loungers
• Boogie boards
• Stand-up paddleboards
• Sea kayaks

Breakfast and a taco bar are available on-site, with food and drinks offered à la carte six days per week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The entire property and all amenities are reserved exclusively for guests. Homes may be booked individually or together so friends can stay as neighbors.
