The Space

This stylish fifth-floor condo offers a peaceful and private retreat with breathtaking ocean views. Located in Copala, a "resort within a resort" in a master-planned community often called the Beverly Hills of Los Cabos, it is surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. The elegant and modern decor creates a comfortable and luxurious environment to relax after a day in the sun.

Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the crystal-clear sea, take a refreshing swim in one of the six community pools, or unwind with drinks on the spacious terrace as the sun sets over the Pacific in vibrant colors. During the season, you might even catch whales breaching from your private balcony.

The condo layout features the largest balcony/patio among all Copala units, complete with a grill and ample comfortable seating.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the private condo as well as the community pools, hot tubs, and gym.

Location

Copala is situated on the Pacific side of the Baja Peninsula. While the Pacific coastline offers beautiful walks, it is extremely dangerous for swimming due to strong currents and rogue waves. Swimmable beaches are located on the Sea of Cortez side of the peninsula. Information about nearby beaches suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities is available upon request.

The downtown Cabo San Lucas and marina area, featuring excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping, is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

Other Details to Note

1. Concierge
   We recommend visiting the Copala Concierge shortly after arrival to ensure a smooth stay.

   • If you have a rental car, you must obtain a parking pass from the concierge by providing your license plate number, vehicle make and model, and a $5 USD refundable deposit. Guests may park in any uncovered parking space.

2. Shuttles
   Shuttles operate for a nominal fee and must be booked through the concierge by email or phone.

   • The shuttle stops at Copala every half hour and goes to Pueblo Bonito Sunset. Reservations are required due to limited capacity.
   • Shuttle service ends at 10 PM; after this time, taxis or Ubers are necessary for return trips.
   • For fine dining, disembark at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset lobby stop.
   • The second stop is the Market, a food court offering Asian, Mexican, sushi, 50’s diner fare, crepes, and desserts. It also hosts "The After," a bar and nightclub with multiple TVs showing major sporting events.
   • Guests receive 20% off food at resort restaurants once their folio is opened with the concierge by stating the condo name and number.

3. Getting Around the Resort
   Golf carts can be rented daily through the concierge and picked up at the gate. Contact us for reservation details.

4. Biking
   E-bikes and mountain bikes are available for rent via the concierge from 8 AM to 2 PM. Numerous trails surround the Quivira community.

5. Copala Clubhouse
   Features include a pool with shallow areas for children, a gym, small theater, loungers, and a lunch bar serving burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas, burritos, fish tacos, and poolside drinks.

6. Beach Safety
   The Pacific beaches near Copala are not safe for swimming due to strong currents. We are happy to provide recommendations for safe swimming beaches on the Sea of Cortez side.

7. Downtown Cabo San Lucas/Marina Area
   Located about 15 minutes away by car, this area offers a variety of dining, nightlife, and shopping options.

8. TVs and Streaming
   The condo is equipped with smart TVs that support streaming services. Guests must log into their own accounts. Some streaming platforms may require a VPN to function in Mexico. Netflix is generally the easiest to access. Assistance is available if needed.

9. Airport Transportation
   Various airport transfer options are available. Please contact us for help arranging transportation.

10. Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping
    Several companies offer grocery delivery before arrival. We recommend Prickly Pear, which we have used and found reliable.

11. Pool Towels
    Only beach towels are allowed at the Copala pools. Please do not bring white bath towels to the pool areas.

Rules and Regulations

• Drone use is prohibited by HOA regulations. Violations may result in fines.
• Copala enforces strict quiet hours. Fines for noise violations can be $250 USD or more. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to noncompliance with HOA rules.
• A maximum of six guests is allowed inside the property at any time.
