Important Maintenance Notice

Maintenance work on the rooftop pool will begin on Monday, October 12. Weather permitting, the pool will remain unavailable through Friday, October 16.

The Space

Welcome to this bright, ocean-view two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo near the beach in Playa del Carmen. Designed for comfortable and relaxed beach stays, the apartment is well suited to families, friends, or small groups seeking space, scenic views, and convenient access to the area’s attractions.

• A second bedroom with two double beds
• A sofa bed in the living room

• A private balcony overlooking the mangroves and Caribbean Sea

The private balcony is an inviting place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or admire the natural mangrove landscape with the Caribbean Sea beyond.

The condo is located approximately 200 meters from public beach access and nearby beach clubs, offering a convenient combination of beach access, comfort, and a peaceful residential setting.

Guest Access

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival and must be confirmed with the reception staff. An elevator is available in the building.

Additional Information

• A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival and includes toilet paper, one trash bag, soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.
• If you plan to use the sofa bed, please indicate this in the guest portal. Requests submitted before 4:00 PM will be prepared the same day; requests submitted afterward will be prepared the following day.
• Cleaning services and linen and towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request these services at least 24 hours in advance.
• Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.
• Please treat the linens and towels with care. Do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup, as additional charges may apply.
• A travel cot is available for $5 USD per night, with a minimum charge of three nights. Availability is limited, advance request is required, and confirmation must be received.
• For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately according to meter readings.
• Stays longer than seven nights require a weekly linen and towel change at an additional cost.
• Parking remains subject to availability upon arrival and must be confirmed with reception staff.
