These items are provided once and will not be replenished. Guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies locally if needed.
Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request. Requests must be made before 5:00 PM so the items can be placed in the apartment.
Housekeeping and Linens
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental price. Cleaning services can be scheduled by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
For an additional fee, guests may request:

- Full housekeeping services
Please take care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup, as additional charges may apply.
For stays longer than seven days, a mandatory weekly linen change is required at an additional cost.
Sofa Bed
If you require the sofa bed, please notify us by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in so we can provide the necessary bedding. Requests made after this time may not be fulfilled on the same day.
Travel Cot
Travel cots are available for $15 USD per stay and include a mattress, sheets, and blanket.

Extended Stays

Absolutely perfect stay at Mati's! The accommodation is amazing, with a totally unobstructed view of the greenery and a very pleasant large balcony. The beach is within a 5-minute walk, and restaurants are close by, which is very convenient. The accommodation is extremely quiet, without any nuisance, ideal for relaxing. The bedding is super comfortable, and the pool is really beautiful. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back!

The only complaint was that the dishwasher did not work… Besides that everything is fantastic. The rooftop pool is wonderful. Location is excellent great places to eat and drink just steps from the condo, which is highly secure with a front desk that always has a smiling trustworthy person behind it.

Exactly as described, super great location. by everything but you are in a quiet area. Communication with the host was exceptional. I will stay there again if I'm going to Playa. great for the price. I is perfect for 2 couples, or a family. Bedrooms are opposite with the kitchen living room in between. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook ect. 5 state

I really expected a better place given the price I paid. The elevator almost never worked and I had to carry my family's luggage up the stairs and when I notified the manager, he never gave me a solution to the problem. It does not have a fixed parking space, so you can arrive and not get a place to park your car inside the condominium and you must leave it on the side of the building without lighting. I recommend that at least the price be adjusted according to what they offer
