While the beach is within walking distance, due to warm weather and potential traffic, using a golf cart or car is recommended for added comfort and convenience.

Other Information

Please note that construction is ongoing in the surrounding area, which may cause occasional noise disturbances. This is common in most Tamarindo neighborhoods. Construction next door is also underway; however, noisy work is not conducted on weekends or during the Christmas holiday. The loudest phase of this project is expected to conclude by February 2026.

• Housekeeping services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Concierge service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

** The villa can accommodate up to six guests upon request. Rates are based on occupancy for two people. For groups of three to six, an additional fee of USD 25 per person per night applies.
