This 1,400 square foot villa is nestled beside a peaceful pond and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, often visited by harmless wildlife such as colorful birds and iguanas.

Casa Duna is conveniently close to a small shopping center and grocery store (Automercado), offering a variety of international products to fulfill all your culinary needs.

The villa is near the fine sandy beach and downtown Tamarindo, a popular spot for surfing with numerous activities, dining options, and vibrant nightlife.

While the beach is within walking distance, due to warm weather and potential traffic, using a golf cart or car is recommended for added comfort and convenience.

From this central location, you can explore many of Costa Rica’s natural attractions and adventures, such as:

Other Information

Please note that construction is ongoing in the surrounding area, which may cause occasional noise disturbances. This is common in most Tamarindo neighborhoods. Construction next door is also underway; however, noisy work is not conducted on weekends or during the Christmas holiday. The loudest phase of this project is expected to conclude by February 2026.

• Housekeeping services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Concierge service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

** The villa can accommodate up to six guests upon request. Rates are based on occupancy for two people. For groups of three to six, an additional fee of USD 25 per person per night applies.
