The Space

Welcome to an oceanfront retreat in Cerritos, one of Mazatlán’s most exclusive areas. The apartment is designed for families or groups of friends traveling together, with comfortable shared spaces and room for up to 12 guests.

All bedrooms have mini-split air conditioning.

Bedroom Layout

• Master bedroom: One king-size bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with bathtub, and direct access to the front terrace with impressive city views.
• Bedroom 2: One king-size bed, Smart TV, and a private full bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, Smart TV, and access to a shared full bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: One king-size bed, Smart TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

Common Areas

The spacious, open-concept living and dining area is air-conditioned and connects to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a granite breakfast bar.

The apartment also includes two terraces:

• A front terrace overlooking the beach and golden sunsets
• A rear terrace with city views

The building’s secure elevator opens directly inside the apartment, providing privacy and convenient access.

Península Mazatlán Common Areas

Guests have access to the complex’s resort-style facilities:

  • Access must be requested through the administration Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM, Mazatlán local time
• Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM, Mazatlán local time

Please respect these times, as they allow sufficient time to thoroughly prepare an apartment of this size.

House Rules

• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the 12 registered guests.
• Additional visitors not authorized by complex management are not permitted.
• Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets are not permitted under the building’s internal regulations.

Electricity Policy

To provide more competitive and transparent rates, electricity is not included in the booking price. The service is prepaid and paid by the guest.

Estimated Usage

During the hot season, average electricity consumption for an apartment of this size is estimated at $500–$600 MXN per day. The final amount depends entirely on responsible air-conditioning use during the stay.

Complimentary Support

As an exclusive reservation benefit, we provide a credit of $750 MXN per day toward electricity costs.

Payment Options

1. At the administration: Pay by credit or debit card at the condominium offices upon arrival.
2. Through the host: Pay by bank transfer, and we will credit the amount to the system immediately and provide the official transaction receipt.

Please help conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the building or units due to the internal regulations and strict policies of the Península administration.

Safety and Electricity

The apartment is fully electric. The kitchen cooktop, oven, and water heater all operate on electricity. Because the condominium has no gas pipes or gas installations, there is no risk of gas leaks or carbon monoxide poisoning.

Due to this specific safety design, the property does not require or have conventional smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarms.

Cleaning and Linen Policy

The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers:

• Sanitizing and preparing the apartment before arrival
• Deep cleaning after departure

Additional cleaning, laundry, or sheet and towel changes can be arranged during the stay for an extra fee. Please contact customer service for current rates and availability.

Parking Policy

The apartment includes one exclusive covered parking space at no additional cost.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, the following options are available:

1. Free exterior parking: Park on the median directly in front of the security booth, outside the property entrance.
2. Additional covered space: Request an extra space inside the complex’s covered parking area, subject to availability, for $300 MXN per day.
