Please follow these regulations during your stay:
- If more guests arrive than were included in the reservation, the reservation will be modified to reflect the actual number of guests. This will increase the reservation cost accordingly.
- Parties, overnight visitors, and noisy gatherings are not allowed.
- Please respect the community and the neighbors.
- Stay in contact during your visit and notify us of any damage or maintenance issues.
- Turn off the air-conditioning units before leaving the home or whenever the rooms are not in use.
- Close all doors and windows before leaving the property. Although the neighborhood is safe, please avoid creating unnecessary risks.
- Take care of the home and its belongings so future guests can enjoy them as well.
- Please be considerate of the local wildlife, including birds, sereques, and coatis. Respect the speed limits within the neighborhood.
- Smoking is permitted only outside the house.
- Inappropriate or illegal behavior, fighting, excessive noise, property damage, noisy parties, complaints from the condominium or neighbors, or failure to follow the condominium or rental rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund.

Berenize and Jorge where Amazing host! The house was very big and spacious, plenty of parking. The house was more beautiful than the photos. The pool was a huge plus my kids loved it. The house is located in a very nice safe and quiet neighborhood, it has a small park in front of it which is very nice. And most importantly it was very easy to find. It had plenty of everything I was so happy I found this house. I’m really looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

The property was a great place to stay. House is huge and was suitable for our family vacation. It felt like i was at home. The family loved it too! Each bedroom had its own restroom which was convenient for our family trip. The host was amazing and answered all the questions we had when we arrived. Thank you so much!

The house is very comfortable, spacious and very clean, it is located very close to the parks and the beach center as well, it is ideal for families or large groups. Berenize and Jorge are very friendly, highly recommended.

This villa is wonderful to host a group! Huge, beautiful and functional. The pool is great, large open space inside, nice kitchen (although it could be better equipped for cooking). The hosts are very responsive and helpful! Thank you Jorge!
