Welcome to our beautiful and private beachfront villa nestled in the Palmilla community. This amazing villa is perfect for the whole family, offering a slice of Cabo that you won't want to leave. With whale watching and sea turtle hatching right out front, our private beach enhances your stay.

The Space

Our family villa is conveniently located between downtown San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas in the Palmilla community.

• Community pool just a short 1-minute walk down the beach or driveway
• Equipped with board games and smart TVs
• Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and umbrellas
• Portable speaker and toddler essentials
• Professionally cleaned and maintained

Both myself and our property manager, Maricela, are reachable at all times.

Amenities

Please note that we do not have access to resort amenities such as Club 96, the resort pool, and the gym. However, you can make reservations at the hotel, enjoy the Palmilla Shopping Center, and reserve tee times at the golf course.

The ocean in front of the villa is swimmable, but large waves may require an experienced swimmer. If this is a concern, we have a protected beach very close by. We often recommend renting a golf cart during your stay for quick access to the protected beach and Palmilla Shopping Center, where you can find endless restaurants to try.

Transportation

Uber is now a very easy way to get around the area.
