Welcome to our beautiful and private beachfront villa nestled in the Palmilla community. This amazing villa is perfect for the whole family, offering a slice of Cabo that you won't want to leave. With whale watching and sea turtle hatching right out front, our private beach enhances your stay.

The Space
Our family villa is conveniently located between downtown San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas in the Palmilla community.

Both myself and our property manager, Maricela, are reachable at all times.
Amenities
Please note that we do not have access to resort amenities such as Club 96, the resort pool, and the gym. However, you can make reservations at the hotel, enjoy the Palmilla Shopping Center, and reserve tee times at the golf course.
The ocean in front of the villa is swimmable, but large waves may require an experienced swimmer. If this is a concern, we have a protected beach very close by. We often recommend renting a golf cart during your stay for quick access to the protected beach and Palmilla Shopping Center, where you can find endless restaurants to try.
Transportation
Uber is now a very easy way to get around the area.

Our stay in San Jose was wonderful. We really enjoyed the family vacation. The house is beautiful, and its location and surroundings are unbeatable. We will definitely return. As an important point for future guests, we feel it is necessary to mention that the listing currently states that breakfast and housekeeping during the stay are included. During our week's stay, neither of these services was available. We believe it is important to update this information so that it corresponds to what is actually offered. We also had a problem with the refrigerator during the week. It didn't work properly, causing some food to spoil. There were also some maintenance details that we discussed directly with Colburn to resolve, especially considering that we were traveling with young girls. Despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our vacation, with unforgettable memories, and of course we would return

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was amazing, very close on uber to Palmilla Beach, which is a beautiful and safe place to swim in the ocean. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was very attentive and made everything easy for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful home, amazing location right on a beautiful (but not swimmable) beach that is almost private. Great location near palmilla and shoppes. Could not have been happier with the place - we will be back!

Amazing view, privacy and beach. Hot tub was lovely. Many great touches. Well stocked kitchen but bring bottled water if you want. The Uber drivers sometimes had a hard time locating the home so it might be easier with a rental car. Really lovely spot to relax.

First time visit to Cabo. A+ beachfront location in an upscale development called Palmillas. Stopped at La Comer on the way in from SJD and loaded up on groceries and beverages We rented a golf cart and used Uber as well instead of car rental which worked well for us. You can rent the tennis or pickleball courts at the golf club, they gave us a good deal on 5 hours Check in was a piece of cake Colburn the host was very responsive for a couple of questions early on but everything was in good order so we didn’t really have any reason to bother him We treated the place like it was our own but literally zero checkout tasks like some of the stories out there 10/10 would definitely stay here again
