The Space

This modern Mexican-style house offers six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, designed to accommodate large groups seeking ocean views and relaxation. The property includes a game room, gym, two pools, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, firepit, and grill.

The residence is spread across three levels:

• Main level: One bedroom, pool, kitchen, living room, and dining room.
• Second level: Two bedrooms, a game room, and a terrace that leads to another bedroom, firepit, and gym.
• Third level: Two additional bedrooms detached from the main building, accessible via the terrace.

Amenities provided include pool towels, toiletries, cooking condiments, coffee for your first morning, complimentary treats, and more. A free concierge service is available, with additional paid options such as chef services, transportation, grocery shopping, and activity arrangements.

Location

The villa is situated in the prestigious Pedregal development in Cabo San Lucas, just a five-minute drive from downtown. It is within walking distance of tennis courts and Pedregal’s café, which offers healthy breakfast options.

Pedregal features a picturesque beach ideal for photography (note: not suitable for swimming). Medano Beach, located five minutes away by car, provides swimmable waters along with numerous restaurants, beach clubs, and hotels.

Although the property is close to downtown, a car, taxi, or Uber is recommended due to the hillside location, which can make walking uphill difficult.

Guest Access
