Overview

Casa Encanto is a brand-new, 4,500-square-foot luxury beachfront home in Playa Saladita, a 10-minute walk from Mexico’s best left-hand point break.

Designed for groups of up to 10 guests, the home combines modern style, open spaces, and refreshing coastal breezes. Highlights include a private infinity pool, soaring windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Casa Encanto can also be combined with the neighboring sister property to accommodate up to 16 guests in total.

The Space

The home features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own distinctive layout:

• Primary suite: King bed, cathedral ceilings, and an indoor-outdoor shower with beach views.
• Beachfront suite: King bed, located downstairs with a private terrace beside the pool.
• Two-room suite: Queen bed and an adjoining office with an available air mattress.
• Flexible beach-view bedroom: Two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed.

Casa Encanto is designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living. The main level features a wall of sliding glass doors that opens completely onto the expansive deck, which includes:

• Private infinity pool
• Lounge chairs
• Hammocks
• Daybed

The second floor offers another impressive shaded deck with a lounge area and hammock. For sunset, head to the rooftop deck for sweeping views across the entire Saladita beach.

The flat beachfront lawn is covered with soft grass and flowering plants, creating an inviting setting for group gatherings.

Location and Transportation

Fly into Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa International Airport. From there, the home is approximately a 45-minute drive to the beach.

Additional Information

For much of the year, the beach directly in front of the home has soft sand. During parts of the year, however, Saladita beach is lined with pebbles, so flip-flops are useful when walking to the surf break.

There are a few submerged rocks in the break immediately in front of the home. Families with young children may prefer to walk a few minutes along the shore to reach a sandier section of beach.

The grassy lawn in front of Casa Perla del Mar and Casa Encanto is suitable for group events. If you are planning an event, please contact us before booking. Both houses must be reserved, and an event fee will apply.
