The Space

Casa China Blanca is Punta Mita’s premier modern villa, with convenient beach access via a short walk. The home’s striking architecture and views of Banderas Bay have been featured in fashion photoshoots and major motion pictures, including Limitless and Elysium.

Its minimalist design and open floor plan make the villa well suited to special events and corporate retreats. It also provides a peaceful setting for family and friends to enjoy a luxurious, relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms

Casa China Blanca offers five suites with plush king beds, private terraces, and ensuite bathrooms. Each room features organic materials, calming colors, high-quality artwork, and views of the ocean or gardens.

• Bedroom 1 — Garden Room: Main level, king-size bed, garden view, and private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 — Marilyn Room: Main level, king-size bed, ocean view, and private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 3 — Sunset Room: Main level, king-size bed, ocean view, and private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 4 — Chocolate & Chili Room: Main level, king-size bed, ocean view, and private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 5 — Primary Suite: Upper level, king-size bed, commanding ocean views, two private bathrooms, flat-screen smart TV, private patio, and a bonus area with massage tables, books, a desk, and a table. The suite also includes a gym with barbells, a treadmill, and exercise machines.

Each of the five suites includes an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. Additional full bathrooms serve the shared areas, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time at the beach or pool.

Guest Access

Before arrival, you will be in contact with the staff. They can arrange your itinerary, plan meals, and coordinate anything else your group may need. Activities and transportation can be booked before or during your stay, subject to availability.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the designated departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge; guests should contact CCB regarding rates and availability.

• Unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $200 per hour.
• If CCB or another guest is scheduled to arrive on the day of check-out, guests are responsible for any resulting losses, including lost rental income.
• Lost keys incur a fee of $50 per key.

Additional Information

• The cook is available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• She prepares and serves breakfast and lunch, while dinner is prepared in advance for guests to enjoy at their leisure.
• Local specialties, special menus, and specific requests can be accommodated.
• Grocery delivery service includes a 10% service charge.
• Daily maid service includes linen and towel service.
• The dedicated concierge helps plan your stay from the time of reservation.
