The Space

Welcome to your jungle retreat in beautiful Playa Guiones. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home occupies the lower level of the house shown in the photos. Casa Tuanis accommodates up to six guests with four beds.

• Second bedroom: Two queen beds, providing ample space for everyone.
• Two full bathrooms, one assigned to each bedroom.

The second level of the house is a separate studio apartment rented independently, featuring its own private entrance and driveway.

Location

Casa Tuanis is ideally situated just a five-minute walk from shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and other amenities in North Playa Guiones. The beach and surf spots are only a ten-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy sunsets or catch waves.

For convenience on hot days or to explore nearby areas, using an ATV or golf cart is recommended.

Surroundings

Nestled in the rural charm of Nosara, the area offers excellent surf, wide beautiful beaches, and rustic dirt roads bordered by lush jungle. The jungle environment is alive with howler monkeys, a variety of birds, and other wildlife. While efforts are made to minimize insects, they are a natural part of the local ecosystem.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the driveway, private patio, and swimming pool. The only shared space with the studio apartment above is the outdoor laundry area.

Additional Information

• The upstairs studio sleeps up to two guests in a king bed. If your group requires a third bedroom, please inquire about availability and rates.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Remote workers should be aware that Nosara is a rural jungle beach town where internet outages can occur unexpectedly. Please plan accordingly and have backup options as no discounts are offered for service interruptions.
• It is advised not to travel with expensive jewelry or irreplaceable valuables due to petty theft risks common in Central American tourist areas.
• Back up electronic files before traveling.
• Consider purchasing travel insurance or checking your homeowner or renter’s insurance for coverage of personal belongings.
• Do not leave suitcases or valuables unattended in vehicles during your stay.
• The homeowners are not responsible for theft of items left on or around the property.
