The Space
Step into your private Cartagena retreat. This spacious four-bedroom villa features a private pool and jacuzzi, creating a relaxing setting with complete privacy. Located in the heart of the historic walled city, the property is just steps from renowned restaurants, landmarks, and nightlife.
Guests also benefit from 24-hour doorman and security services, as well as daily housekeeping for a comfortable, worry-free stay.
The townhouse is located within a condominium and is arranged across four levels:
- The first level includes:
- Living room
- Dining room
- Guest bathroom
- Patio with a private pool
- Outdoor dining table
- The second level features three bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom.
- The third level includes:
- Fourth bedroom with a full bathroom
- Open terrace with outdoor seating
- Jacuzzi
- The fourth level offers a solarium with lounge chairs and open views of the city.
In addition to the villa’s private pool and jacuzzi, the condominium’s shared areas include:

Guest Access
Upon arrival, Katia will welcome you and show you around the property. The entire house is available for guests to enjoy, except for the maid’s room and laundry area.
Important Information
All guests staying at or visiting the house must be registered in advance with the front desk. If you plan to receive visitors, please notify us beforehand so the necessary arrangements can be made.
We require the names and passport numbers of all travelers staying at the property. Colombian guests must provide their Colombian identification card number.

I want to thank Ivan for allowing us to stay at his place. The place was absolutely beautiful, it was clean. The AC in each room worked perfect perfectly, the maid was there on time to tidy up each day. The place has great amenities besides what you have in the location. The security, made you feel safe to leave and exit that place. We will definitely book again when we come back.

The ladies I hired directly with the host did not do the best cleaning. The hot tub was always dirty, and they only cleaned the kitchen and made the beds. It really is the only thing. Otherwise, everything is SPECTACULAR. The house is divine, and Ivan is an excellent host.

We had a great stay in Cartagena! The place was perfect for our group of friends—clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great home base for our trip. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy everything Cartagena has to offer. Ivan was a great host and communication was easy throughout our stay. Incredible and memorable experience in beautiful Cartagena and Ivan’s place was a big part of it. Can’t think of a better location that was exquisitely private and convenient for a large group, quiet and serene yet in the middle of the walled city. Ivan is an excellent and experienced communicator, very sensible and extremely helpful. So glad our paths have crossed.

I had the place to myself, but it’s really for big families or groups. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Many places to read or relax. It was clean and felt right at home. I would stay here again. Great location, not too loud but close to everything else.
