Villa Mar is a beautiful house located in one of the most exclusive areas of Acapulco, completely private, for the exclusive use of guests, with an incredible view of the bay, 24-hour security, and access control. 5 minutes from Costera and Zona Dorada and 10 minutes from Acapulco Diamante (by car) Enjoy with your family of the Acapulco sun in a safe environment, with spacious spaces.

All rooms have towels, as well as basic personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap, and toilet paper) Housekeeping service is included. Cook service is available at an additional charge. We highly recommend Mrs. Lupita!! She has a delicious seasoning and can prepare breakfast and lunch from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, she also takes care of the complete cleaning of the kitchen.
Guest access Access is authorized once the subdivision regulations have been signed and delivered, which you must agree to respect and follow, these mainly concern the moderate use of music or noise that may bother the neighbors. Music should not be played after 12:00 AM and during the day, use an appropriate volume without exceeding the decibels allowed by SEMARNAT for residential areas. MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT ALLOWED
Other things to note You'll find a ping-pong table, volleyball net, and badminton rackets for family fun, as well as various board games.

We had a great time on our family trip. Virginia's house is very nice and spacious. The view and the common areas are the best of the best. The pool isn't very deep, but we really enjoyed it because it's a good size and the water temperature is very pleasant without needing to use a heater. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve food for several people (there were 11 of us). We are very grateful to Ms. Lupita, who made us feel right at home. She helped us a lot to make our stay perfect. She had a very special surprise for my niece, who was celebrating her birthday, and the girl was delighted. We will definitely be back another time.

Excellent house for vacations with family or friends. The house has everything you need to have a great time. And what can I say about Ms. Lupita? Don't hesitate to hire her to make breakfast and lunch. She's a very good cook. We would definitely rent the house again

Our stay was just amazing. The house is spectacular and definitely far exceeded our expectations. It is even nicer than what the pictures show, very spacious, impeccable, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy a few days with the family. Another aspect that we loved was the residential development where it is located. We felt very safe throughout the stay, which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Virginia was a great host. From before our arrival, she was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our questions and also gave us very good recommendations and tips that made our stay even more pleasant. And a very special thank you to Ms. Lupita. We all loved it. In addition to being an extremely friendly and helpful person, she cooks delicious food. Every meal was spectacular, and you can see the love and dedication she puts into everything she does. We would definitely stay here again!

Virginia was a great host. She was always attentive to us at all times. The girl who helps out at the house is very friendly and helped us a lot with everything. She cooks deliciously and is very attentive. The house is spectacular, very nice, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need to spend an amazing few days in Acapulco. We had an amazing time; we would definitely stay at Virginia's house again. Highly recommended. It's really nice to arrive at a place where you can tell that the house is well cared for and that the hosts have taken care to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you very much, Virginia.
