Our group had an amazing stay at Boan’s place. The house is as beautiful as it looks and the location can’t be beat. Boan was responsive to all requests and the home was well equipped and totally met our needs. We will come back!

Excellent accommodation, everything was very nice, it matched the photos! A very nice place to rest! In my case, Boan was not very friendly. He had not been notified that we were coming, so we could not get in! He didn't respond quickly. It was a bit rude.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The home is beautiful! Every space felt thoughtfully curated, creating a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The property is very well maintained, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Inside, everything was immaculate! It’s clear that a great deal of care and love has been put into every detail of the home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, along with generous closet space. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the two-car garage was so convenient. The patio offered a stunning view, with plenty of seating for everyone come together. Being just steps from the beach made the location unbeatable. Boan was also fantastic—very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have asked for. Overall, this is a place that we would absolutely return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-end beach getaway.

This place is an amazing location right on the beach. It’s spacious and certainly clean. There are some things that were showing some wear and tear from age, but overall, for a property right on the beach beach, very well maintained. We loved our stay and would book here again.
