Villa Lapas is a beautiful two-bedroom home just minutes from the beach, the national park, and Quepos. Surrounded by lush rainforest, the property offers a private setting filled with wildlife and nature.

The Space

Main Home

The main home features two spacious master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a large living area and kitchen that open onto the outdoor living space and pool.

An outdoor staircase leads from the parking area down to Villa Lapas. The two bedrooms are located on the upper level alongside a separate sitting and living area:

• Bedroom 1:
  • King bed
  • Queen Murphy bed
  • Small sofa bed
• Bedroom 2:
  • King bed
  • Single bed
• Small sofa bed in the upper living area

A spiral staircase leads down to the high-ceilinged living area and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open onto the covered outdoor arcade and pool area.

The living and dining area includes:

• Large dining table
• Television
• Air conditioning
• Full bathroom
• Laundry room

The covered outdoor arcade extends to a spacious sun terrace and pool terrace, both overlooking the surrounding rainforest.

Apartment

The new apartment is located below the sun terrace and is reached by a short outdoor walkway. Compact, modern, and charming, it features sliding glass doors connecting the bedrooms with the living room and outdoor patios.

The apartment includes:

• Master bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, closet, and private terrace with a full bathtub
• Guest bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and closet
• Shared bathroom
• Stacked washing machine and dryer
• Kitchenette
• Small living and dining area

The master bedroom also features an outdoor jungle bathtub.

Guest Access

The entire property is available for your use. If you rent only the upper home, the apartment will not be rented separately.

• There are three flights of stairs leading down to the living and pool area.
• An additional flight of stairs leads to the apartment.
• Pricing is based on the number of guests.
• The base price includes up to six guests.
