Villa Lapas is a beautiful 2-bedroom home located conveniently minutes from the beach, national park and Quepos. Surrounded by lush jungle, it is part of a biological corridor for local wildlife. The home has 2 large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big living area with vaulted ceilings and a kitchen which communicates to the outdoor living area surrounding the pool. There is an additional apartment which can be rented for groups of 6 or more. Villa Lapas is a central sanctuary! The space Villa Lapas has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the entry level, along with a separate sitting/living area. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a queen Murphy bed and a small sofa bed. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and single bed. There is also a small sofa bed in the upper living area. A spiral staircase descends to the living area and kitchen, with high ceilings, communicating with the outdoor covered arcade and pool area via sliding glass doors. In the living area there is a large dining table for 8 people, TV, AC, a full bathroom and laundry room. The outer arcade extends into a large outdoor terrace, below which is the apartment. The (new) apartment is compact, modern and charming, with sliding glass doors that communicate the bedrooms with the living room and outdoor patios. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed. Set amid the rainforest it is a beautiful and private setting in of itself. Please note that the apartment is accessed via a short, outdoor stair. The apartment is only included with groups of 6 or more people. Guest access The entire property is private for our guests. There apartment, however, is only available at an additional cost for groups of 6 or more. The apartment will NOT be rented out separately while you are there. - There is also a small sofa bed located in the upper living area.

A spiral staircase leads down to the living room and kitchen, which boast high ceilings and connect to the outdoor covered arcade and pool area through sliding glass doors. The living area includes:

- Laundry room

The outdoor arcade extends to a spacious terrace, beneath which the apartment is located.

The newly added apartment is compact, modern, and inviting, with sliding glass doors linking the bedrooms to the living room and outdoor patios. It includes:

- Master bedroom with a queen bed
- Guest bedroom with a double bed

Set amid the rainforest, the apartment offers a private and tranquil environment. Please note that access to the apartment is via a short outdoor staircase. This apartment is only available for groups of six or more.

## Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The apartment is offered at an additional cost and only to groups of six or more. It will not be rented separately during your stay.
